Series 300 Probes are available in a variety of probe body types, probe tip and lead configurations, standard probe lengths up to 3," and in thermocouple junction types T, E, K, S, R and C.

Model 300 The Model 300 basic sensor assembly provides minimal thermal mass and dimensional profile with a standard probe diameter of .008” O.D. The probe terminates in an Aluminum Oxide body measuring .088” O.D. x .375” in length. A variety of lead types and probe tip configurations are available.

Model 305 The Model 305 probe assembly is designed for use in pressure tight environments. It consists of a Model 300 probe cemented into a .125" O.D. x 1.375" length type 304 stainless steel body. The Model 305 is available in standard as well as flow-shielded configurations.

Model 320 The Model 320 consists of a Model 300 probe assembly cemented into a housing of .250" hexagonal nickel plated brass. An external 10/32 thread and silicone rubber "O" ring are provided for convenient installation and pressure sealing.

Flow-shielded Probes The Model 305 is offered with a stainless steel body that incorporates flow-shielding around the measuring junction for use in making total temperature measurements. This type of probe is offered by special quoation only.

Thermocouple Probes with 90° Bends PBC offers standard stainless steel and quartz sheathed probes with 90° bends. Tantalum and Platinum alloy sheaths with bends are also available by special quotation.

Thermocouple Plug Assemblies PBC offers installation of specially fabricated 300 Series Probes into pre-machined plugs and test coupons in which customers wish to make in-depth temperature measurements. These probes and installation services are offered on a custom-order basis only.
